Resolve unmapped records. Two-pane layout: records on the left with AutoMatched badges, employee search + multi-select on the right. KPIs track Unmapped / Auto / Manual / Shared.
Three-pane manager: employees on the left, entity details in the middle, RMS entities on the right. Cross-highlighting reveals who's mapped to whom and family-account splits.

One RMS account → multiple employees (family giving). One employee → multiple RMS accounts. Both directions handled at the model level, not as workarounds.
The Overview screen is where HR and leadership land. Five KPI cards summarize the org's giving health. The table below compares each employee's giving to their gross pay — with the ability to filter, sort, and export.
The self-serve path — working today for any ChMS that can export giving to CSV. A three-step wizard guides each upload — pick the file, map columns, process. Replace or append. The auto-matcher fires immediately and shows you exactly how many records landed cleanly.
If an RMS entity already exists with mapped employees, new records for that entity auto-match on subsequent uploads.
Match the CSV email to an employee's email in Core HRM. New entity + mapping created automatically.
One RMS account → multiple employees (family giving). One employee → multiple RMS accounts. Both directions native.
The direct Rock RMS integration is in active build — first proven with a partner church, now being productized so any church running Rock can connect. Point it at your Rock server, add an API key, and retire the export-and-upload loop.
CSV upload covers any ChMS today. Direct connections come one at a time — Rock RMS is in active build now, and each one lands giving in the same auto-matcher, mapping views, and Overview the CSV wizard already fills.

Breeze ChMS Coming soon Planning Center and Breeze are next on the roadmap — the same one-way inbound model. Running a ChMS you don't see here? Tell us — integrations are prioritized by the churches that ask for them.

When the auto-matcher can't find a fit (typo in the CSV email, new family account, name spelling difference), records land in Data Mapping. Two-pane workflow — records on the left, employee search on the right. Map and move on.
The Giving Data screen is the AG-Grid view of every record across every upload. Filter by year, filter by upload, sort any column, drop into a column sidebar, export to CSV. Deep- linkable so you can share a specific slice.
Previous uploads for the same year are marked inactive (preserved, not deleted). Typical for annual refreshes.
Appends new records alongside existing ones. Useful for mid-year top-ups or supplementing a partial export.
